This highly informative, 297-page guide contains the list of all known covered bridges in the world up to the year 2009. Its pages include covered bridges from Canada and the United States, Austria, Germany, Italy, and several European Countries. It also lists covered bridges found in China and other Asian Countries.
To further add to its value the guide gives the location of each covered bridge; the waterway it spans; the type of truss used; its length and the date of construction.
All proceeds from the sale of this book go directly to the Covered Bridges Conservation Association of New Brunswick to help in their endeavors to save their province’s covered bridges.
